Take your art right into the water. We’ll head to the beach with water-friendly art materials and create while sitting along the shoreline, wading into the shallows, dipping your head in (bring goggles!), drawing and painting what we see around us — movement, reflections, sea life, light, color, and whatever catches your eye. This one is loose, playful, and experimental, no specific image is meant to be captured, just the movement / color / shapes of underwater life.  The experience of making art in the water being is more important than the piece.

• DATE / TIME: Sunday November 15th @ 1pm to 2:30’ish
• AGES: This workshop is for ages 7 and up! Anyone under the age of 18 needs to have a parent present with them at the workshop!
• Please bring: Goggles, wear water clothing (swim), Towel and a chair if you’d like.  Sunglasses, Sun hat, SPF suggested!
• All workshops are nonrefundable - however due to this being outdoors it is weather permitting.  If we are rained out then we will have a rescheduled date. If you cannot make the rescheduled date then you will rcv Betty Shop store credit.
