Coastal Meditative Watercolor / Age 18 and up

Coastal Meditative Watercolor

A quiet, low-pressure evening of watercolor designed to help you slow down and reset. We’ll work in the studio with soft lighting and calming music, and some candlelight. Beginning with a short guided meditation before letting water and pigment move freely across the page. There’s no pressure to paint anything “correctly” — just an invitation to relax, experiment, and let the process lead. No art experience needed. This is a guided be and flow with water, color and resetting our nervous system.  A PERFECT way to go in to the holiday season!
