Seasonal Sales Lead

Betty Shop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Lead to manage the shop floor 3 days per week through April (possibility for longer)

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, outgoing, sales-driven, and reliable. You will be the primary presence in the shop on your scheduled days and are expected to actively engage customers, drive sales, and maintain the look and feel of the space.

This is a sales-focused role — not a passive retail position.

Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing the shop independently
• Actively engaging customers and driving sales
• Confidently sharing product stories and brand values
• Maintaining clean, styled, on-brand displays
• Keeping the shop floor organized and welcoming
• Representing the brand with warmth and professionalism

Musts:

• Consistent availability for scheduled shifts
• Strong communication and reliability
• Comfortable starting conversations and selling
• Present and engaged
  

Schedule:

• Approximately 3 days per week
• Weekend availability required
• Seasonal role through April with potential to extend

Compensation:

• Hourly + commission-based pay 
• Sales performance is rewarded
  

Trial Period:

This position begins with a short paid trial period to ensure it’s a good mutual fit
